Who is behind CBL?
The CBL partnership consists of Chris Carey of Chris Carey Homes, and framing contractors Eddie Burton and Randy Lutmer.

Chris Carey works directly with you in planning your home, bringing with him extensive expertise in the design and construction of high-end homes. Chris has a hands-on role in your home’s construction.

Eddie Burton and Randy Lutmer work with Chris in overseeing your home’s construction.

CBL Mission
To provide mid-priced homes (starting at $200,000) that incorporate the custom features, craftsmanship, and service usually available only in high-end home construction.

Custom Home Design
CBL offers a wide variety of contemporary and traditional floor plans that serve as starting points in the home design process.

Many upscale features are standard in CBL homes, including maintenance-free brick exteriors, 2-car garages, 8-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry, and crown molding.

Using these ranch, 1½-story and 2-story floor plans, you can work with Chris Carey to incorporate a range of features to address your needs and tastes.
